I like the first one better because you actually get that he doesnt have a credit card but in the second one I see the credit cars aaccepted stickers on the window but it took me a while to get thats what he was talking about

I like the final version a lot, UMS. The message is very to the point and well stated.

From a technical standpoint: The page size and dpi are spot on, but the .jpg is RGB not grayscale (not a big deal to convert for printing), and your panels are a bit close to the page edge. (Again not difficult to modify by reducing a bit for printing in a comic).
